acquirerApproval [0..1] : Approval
The approval of the work package order for it's release to a supplier.
acquiringOrganization [0..1] : Organization
The organization that is responsible for setting up and managing the work package order.
actualEndDate [0..1] : DateTimeAssignment
The date and time on which the work defined by the work package order actually ended.
actualStartDate [0..1] : DateTimeAssignment
The date and time on which the work defined by the work package order actually started.
collaborationType [0..1] : WorkPackageCollaborationType
The category of collaboration. If the collaboration is concurrent then the participant with whom the product data is being shared, the supplying organization, has access to the latest data. Any changes to the product data shared are immediately accessible to the supplying organization. If the collaboration is static, then any changes to the product data shared have to be explicitly shared with the supplying organization by the acquiring organization.
contract [0..1] : Contract
The contract to which the work package order is subject.
contractualChangeNotices [0..*] : ContractualChangeNotices
The set of change notices that are to be addressed when undertaking the work ordered by the work package order.
description [0..1] : String
A text based description of the work package order.
documents [0..*] : SupportingDocument
The set of supporting documentation for the work package order.
Examples are meeting minutes, specifications, instructions, commercial documents.
Note that documents that are part of the product structure such as CAD files, catalogues, technical drawings referenced by Package Items.
id [1] : String
The identifier for the work package order.
The identifier string provides an unambiguous reference to the work package order in ShareAspace.
name [0..1] : String
The name of the work package order is a human readable label used to refer to the work package order. The name is not an identifier and so does not uniquely identify a work package order in ShareAspace.
notes [0..*] : Text
The set of text based notes that provide more information about the work package order.
observations [0..*] : Observation
The set of identified observations about the work package order.
origin [0..1] : OriginatingSystem
The origin of the work package order.
If an origin is provided then the system representing the origin is the "master" system and the work package order can only be updated via an input from that system.
If no origin is provided, the origin is assumed to be ShareAspace and the work package order can be edited in ShareAspace.
packagedItems [0..*] : ActivityInputReference
The set of items that reference the product data that is required for the work package order.
Note: the change management objects, such as change proposals and change notices are explicitly referenced as "contractualChangeNotices"
plannedEndDate [0..1] : DateTimeAssignment
The date and time on which the work defined by the work package order is planned or predicted to end.
plannedStartDate [0..1] : DateTimeAssignment
The date and time on which the work defined by the work package order is planned or predicted to start.
positions [0..*] : Position
The set of (positions)[./position.md] that are in the work package order.
problemReports [0..*] : ActivityReference
A reference to the problem reports that are to be addressed or gave rise to the work ordered by the work package order.
project [0..1] : Project
The project that is responsible for the management of the work package order.
purchaseOrder [0..1] : ActivityReference
A reference to a resource order to be fulfilled for undertaking the work ordered by the work package order. For example, a set of parts that needs to be purchased in order to complete the work package order.
requestedActivities [0..*] : ActivityInputReference
The set of technical data packs that baselines all the product data for the work package order.
requiredEndDate [0..1] : DateTimeAssignment
The date and time on which the work defined by the work package order is required to end by.
requiredStartDate [0..1] : DateTimeAssignment
The date and time on which the work defined by the work package order is required to start by.
responsiblePerson [0..1] : PersonReference
The person in the acquiring organization that is responsible for the work package order. Typical resposbilities include approving the work package for release to customers and suppliers.
status [0..1] : WorkPackageStatus
The status of the work package order where the status represents the state, or stage within a process, of the work package order at a particular time.
supplierAcceptance [0..1] : Acknowledgement
The acknowledgement of the work package order by the supplier.
supplierResponsiblePerson [0..1] : PersonReference
The person in the supplier organization that is responsible for the work package order.
supplyingOrganization [0..1] : Organization
The organization that will participate in and undertake the work specified in the work package order.
systemDataSource [0..1] : SystemDataSource
The system from which the work package order was loaded.
technicalDataPacks [0..*] : ActivityInputReference
The set of technical data packs that baselines all the product data for the work package order.
type [0..1] : WorkPackageType
The category of the work package order.
