SoftType: Organization

The properties for the SoftType are described in the following tabbed displays:
- Properties The public properties of the SoftType instance that can be set and modified by the user or by data import.
- Meta data Meta data about the SoftType instance that are set by the ShareAspace application.
cageCode [0..1] : String
The Commercial and Government Entity Code, or CAGE Code, assigned to the organization. The CAGE Code is a unique identifier assigned to suppliers to various government or defence agencies, as well as to government agencies themselves and various organizations. CAGE codes provide a standardized method of identifying a given facility at a specific location.
The CAGE provides an unambiguous reference to the organization in ShareAspace.
contactPerson [0..1] : PersonOrganizationHierarchy
The contact person for the organization.
defaultLocation [0..1] : GeographicalLocation
The geographical location of the organization.
description [0..1] : String
A text based description of the organization.
dunsNumber [0..1] : String
The DUNS number assigned to the organization. The DUNS number is a nine-digit number, issued by Dun and Bradstreet, assigned to each business location in the Dun and Bradstreet database, having a unique, separate, and distinct operation for the purpose of identifying them.
The DUNS number provides an unambiguous reference to the organization in ShareAspace.
email [0..1] : String
The email address for contacting the organization.
externalContacts [0..*] : PersonOrganizationReference
The contact people for this organization from another organization.
externalFiles [0..*] : ExternalFile
The set of files external to ShareAspace that are referenced by the Organization.
faxNumber [0..1] : String
The fax number for contacting the organization.
files [0..*] : DigitalFile
The set of files managed by ShareAspace that are relevant to the organization. For example a logo for the organization.
iconFile [0..1] : IconFile
The set of files external to ShareAspace that are referenced by the Organization. For example the logo of the organization stored outside of ShareAspace.
id [0..1] : String
The identifier for the organization. The identifier string provides an unambiguous reference to the organization in ShareAspace.
internalPersons [0..*] : PersonOrganizationHierarchy
The persons belonging to (member of) the organization.
keyValues [0..*] : KeyValue
A set of user defined name and strings value pairs. Note that these name value pairs are not indexed and therefor cannot be searched for.
name [0..1] : String
The name of the organization is a human readable label used to refer to the organization. The name is not an identifier and so does not uniquely identify a organization in ShareAspace.
origin [0..1] : OriginatingSystem
The origin of the observation. If an origin is provided then the system representing the origin is the "master" system and the observation can only be updated via an input from that system. If no origin is provided, the origin is assumed to be ShareAspace and the observation can be edited in ShareAspace.
phoneNumber [0..1] : String
The phone number for contacting the organization.
positions [0..*] : Position
The set of (positions)[./position.md] that are in the organization.
qualifications [0..*] : QualificationReference
The set of qualifications and certificates held by the organization.
requestedQualificationsForPartners [0..*] : Qualification
The list of qualifications the organization is requesting for its partners.
securityClearances [0..*] : SecurityClearanceReference
The set of security clearances held by the organization.
subOrganizations [0..*] : OrganizationHierarchy
The set of organizations that are controlled, owned or managed by the organization.
systemDataSource [0..1] : SystemDataSource
The system from which the organization was loaded.
types [0..*] : OrganizationType
A set of categorizations of an organization that have been asserted.
url [0..1] : String
The website address of the organization.
compliant [1] : Boolean
A flag indicating if the Unit of Information is valid in regards to the SoftType data section and rules.
coOwners [0..*] : ObjectId
The list of internal ShareAspace key of Participants that have currently read write access to the object via a share pack.
coReaders [0..*] : ObjectId
The list of internal ShareAspace key of Participants that have currently read only access to the object via a share pack.
created [1] : DateTime
The date and time when the Unit of Information was created in the ShareAspace store.
creator [1] : String
The user that created the Unit of Information in the ShareAspace store.
lockedBy [0..1] : String
lockingHistory [0..*] : LockingHistory
oId [1] : ObjectId
The internal ShareAspace store key for the object instance.
owner [1] : ObjectId
The internal ShareAspace key of the Participant owning the object.
owningHistory [0..*] : OwnershipHistory
The historical record of owners for the object.
sharingHistory [0..*] : SharingHistory
The historical record of sharing information for the object.
softType [0..1] : String
The SoftType identifier associated with the Unit of Information.
transactionOn [1] : DateTime
The date and time when the last change on the Unit of Information was performed (anywhere in the Unit of Information) in the ShareAspace store.
updated [0..1] : DateTime
The date and time when the Unit of Information was updated in the ShareAspace store.
updater [0..1] : String
The last user that updated the Unit of Information in the ShareAspace store.
