A reference to a ChangeNotice that is to be addressed when undertaking the work ordered by the WorkPackageOrder

acceptanceDate [0..1] : DateTimeAssignment

acquirerApproval [0..1] : Approval

      a record of the approval of the change notice for inclusion in the WorkPackageOrder to a supplier.

end [0..1] : DateTime

      The date and time at which the relationship is no longer effective.

sharedDate [0..1] : DateTimeAssignment

start [0..1] : DateTime

      The date and time when the relationship became effective.

supplierAcceptance [0..1] : Acknowledgement

      a record of the formal acceptance by a supplier of the change notice included in the work package order.

value [1] : ChangeNotice

      The change object being referenced.
